what makes nimble an AI morning coach?
You tell Nimble what you’re working on and how you want to be spoken to. Your alarm plays back a short message in that voice, from a character whose energy fits the morning you need.
It’s not an open-ended chatbot, and it’s not a medical coach. It’s more like the friend who remembers why you wanted to get up, so you don’t have to explain it again at 6:30am.

tell us why. pick your energy. go to bed.
- 01
choose what matters

- 03
wake up to context
Your alarm plays a message shaped around the details you chose to share.
made for your morning
one alarm. very different energy.
The same wake-up time can feel completely different depending on what you need. These are examples of tone, not promises of exact daily wording.
- Gentle: “morning. no rush: feet down, one breath, then we’ll start.”
- Playful: “you’re awake-ish. honestly? good enough. let’s get moving.”
- Grounded: “you planned the run for a reason. shoes on. first ten minutes.”
- Direct: “alarm’s done. snooze isn’t invited. get up and go.”
after the alarm
the coach doesn’t vanish after breakfast.
Nimble keeps going after the alarm, with habit reminders and wake checks through the day. Most messages are written fresh; when that isn’t possible, prepared ones step in so you still hear something.
Which coaching and voice features you get can depend on your membership, your device, and your connection. The app explains those limits where you make the choice.
AI, minus the fog machine
you choose the context. nimble makes the message.
Nimble uses what you’ve chosen to share, plus a little app context, to write a short message and read it in your character’s voice. Audio is cached so the alarm still has something to play when the network is having its own slow morning.
Nimble does not diagnose sleep problems. If difficulty waking or daytime sleepiness is persistent, a healthcare professional can help you look for the cause.
