Something not working, or a question about your account? Here is how to sort the common things, and how to reach us.
Contact Us
Email hello@technous.dev and a person will reply, usually within one or two working days. It helps to tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
My Alarm Didn't Ring
nimble uses iOS alarms, so they ring even on silent and in Focus. If one didn't:
•Check that nimble is allowed to set alarms: iPhone Settings → Apps → nimble
•Open nimble and check that the alarm is switched on for that day
•Keep nimble installed: deleting the app removes its alarms
•Still stuck? Email us the time it should have rung and we will look into it
Membership & Billing
Membership is billed by Apple.
•Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions
•New iPhone: open Profile → Restore purchases
•Refunds: request them from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
Report or Block Someone
If someone in a Morning Club, or a message from a friend, makes you uncomfortable:
•Club posts: swipe left on the post, or press and hold it, to report it. Swipe left and tap Block to stop seeing that person's posts
•Messages from friends: use Report or Block on the message
•We never tell anyone who reported them, and people you block can no longer reach you
•We review and act on every report within 24 hours
•You can unblock people any time from your friends list
•Something dangerous or illegal? Email hello@technous.dev and we will act on it quickly
Delete Your Account
In nimble, go to Profile → Delete Account.
•Your account is deleted after 14 days, so you can change your mind; tap Delete now to delete it straight away
•Everything tied to your account is removed, as our Privacy Policy explains
•Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions
•Can't open the app? Email hello@technous.dev from the address on your account and we will delete it for you
Your Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what nimble collects, which providers help us run it, and your rights. Apple Health data never leaves your iPhone.
